Betty J. Leigh, 93, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Heritage Health, Pana, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 10, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Ramsey, Ramsey, Illinois, with Pastors Harry Kirk and Jeff Shouse, officiating. Burial will follow at Pilcher Cemetery, Rural Brownstown, IL. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 9, 2019, at the Baptist church and from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, on Friday, May 10, 2019, 1 hour prior to the service, at the church. Born January 20, 1926, in Assumption, IL, the daughter of Frank Henry & Esta Elizabeth (Frakes) Williams. Married Captain Leigh on October 2, 1941, St. Charles, MO, he passed away January 30, 2001. She was retired Owner/Operator of Betty's Cafe and member of Ramsey Christian Church, both of Ramsey, IL.

Survived by: Sons - Tom Leigh, Ramsey, IL and Ronnie Leigh & Kay, Cowden, IL; Daughters - Carol Dever, Fillmore, IL, Betty Moreland, Sandra Cook, Connie Warburton, Barbara Smith, all of Ramsey, IL, Susie Miller, Vandalia, IL, Dana Baker, Cowden, IL and Diane Miller & Meredith, Blue Mound, IL; 26 Grandchildren; 68 Great Grandchildren; and Many Great Great Grandchildren. 

Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; 1 Son; 5 Brothers; 9 Sisters; 1 Grandson; and 1 Great Grandson.
